9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and any outstanding payments will remain due and payable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zumevu, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
